Root infestation from the date palm tree into the main sewer line. I have no idea how the drains still worked in the house. Our sewer line was uncovered outside the dining room. There is so much root infestation that new pipes will have to be laid. The original kitchen plumbing.

Sink plumbing in the master bathroom. The plumbing vent is from the kitchen below. Hot & cold lines and a drain are between the studs to the right just under the floor. This is in case anyone wants to turn this into 2 rooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Master bathroom sinks and electrical wires run. See the silver gas pipe? It's going to the fireplace in the master bedroom on the other side of the wall.

A good view of the storage under the stairs. The black pipe is the gas line to the upstairs heating unit. The shower layout prior to moving the body sprays lower. The central vacuum line will extend out under the cabinet to a toe-kick vacuum opening. Sweep to the end of the cabinet and press a button.
