Exterior kitchen wall. The new window is 5 feet wide instead of the old 4 feet. Chinook spends a lot of time up top now that there's a floor.

The walk-in closet is HUGE! I spotted the crooked 4x4 on the right. The bottom needs to move over about a half inch. The master bath.

The crooked beam. This opening will house 3 windows. This wall is one end of the new office.

Master bedroom french doors onto the balcony. The orange line marks the old height of this part of the patio. It will actually be lowered about 6 inches to allow for vents to be put in. You can see the balcony joists are almost done.

The previously crooked beam was straightened and the braces are put in place. The windows should arrive in about a week so the window and door openings are being framed out.

The shed dormer will go in the open space. The back end of the rafters. Notice the T&G and detailed rafter tail. This is the master bedroom balcony.

Standing on the roof looking into the master bathroom window. These are the 8' french doors from the living room out to the back patio. The doors had to be removed so the whole unit could be moved. Living room french doors with a major scrape during shipping. One Stop Windows & Doors said they will refinish it as soon as we are ready.

The shed dormer is framed out in the master bedroom. The window flashing is being put into place. The large beam going through the front door is the header beam for the front of the garage over the garage door. The side of the shed dormer.

This window above the stairs will have to be resized. It was not done according to the window schedule but according to the elevation drawings. Rich is increasing the height from 40" to 48". The plan elevation showed all of the windows the same height but the correct number to use would have been the window schedule. Office balcony door

Master bath window Office window. After the metal flashing is put on, a layer of bituthane is installed. It is like a rubber tape. Rich performs a last minute check prior to installing the first window. This is a triple window over the stairs.
