Finishing up the garage drywall with taping over the holes and seams for a smooth finish. The dirt around the garage has been completely dug out. What a difference. The hose bib is covered in red tape. The siding is started on the second story.

The tankless water heater is located in the back of my garage. It can supply up to a 20,000 sq ft house per the specs. This size was need to insure hot water with all showers and dishwasher running simultaneously. Pat trims out the window in the garage as the landscapers work in the front yard.
